Did you know the White River Craft Center has one of the only community darkrooms in Vermont?
We had so much fun doing this mixer last year, we're bringing it back monthly for the summer. Come out of the woods to meet your fellow photographers!
Have you been shipping film off to a lab for scans but never touched chemistry yourself? Are you a digital photographer or newbie curious to step back into the past? Have you been cranking out prints in a closet and want some breathing room? A community darkroom needs a community, so come one, come all!
Bring some work to share. Can be contact sheets, drugstore prints, polaroids, gallery frames, or still drying. Analog, hybrid, alt process!
We'll have snacks and wine on offer.

Tuesdays • July 7, 14, 21, 28, Aug 4 • 6pm

But taking the shot is just the first step. We'll explore hand developing the negatives in liquid chemistry, and see your photos come to life in the darkroom.
Film, paper, and chemistry are included. Bring a camera or borrow one of ours (limited number, deposit required).
$250/person. Limit 5 students, age 16 and up.
