Event Rentals at the White River Craft Center
The White River Craft Center offers beautiful, flexible rooms for workshops, meetings, celebrations, retreats, and creative gatherings. Located in a historic Victorian mansion with over 20 studio artists and rotating exhibitions, our space brings character and creativity to any event.

2025 Hours & Rates
- Half Day (0–3 hours): $75
- Full Day (4+ hours): $150
- Projector rental: $25
Please note:
- Invoices are sent after your event and due within 30 days.
- Event rental fees cover Craft Center use only. On-site catering with SAAP is an additional fee
Available Spaces:
Main Gallery – Primary Rental Space (1st Floor, ADA Accessible)
A spacious parlor with historic features and an adjoining gallery room with rotating artwork—ideal for social gatherings, meetings, dinners, fundraisers, and talks.
- Main Gallery: 40' x 20'
- Adjoining Gallery: 20' x 16' (optional pocket door separation)
Capacity:
- Standing: 50–75
- Seated banquet: 26
- Lecture-style: 20–40
Included Amenities:
Shared community kitchen (no oven), projector screen, whiteboard, linens, EC Fiber.
Note: Semi-private space; occasional passage to 2nd floor.
Studio Artist Gallery / Lounge (1st Floor, ADA Accessible)
Lounge-style seating with two 6-ft couches, chairs, record player, and rotating artwork.
- Add-on for larger events (additional fee)
- Not fully private; located in a communal passageway
Classroom / Multi-Use Room (2nd Floor – Not ADA Accessible)
A bright, flexible space for classes, meetings, and small workshops.
- Size: 20' x 16'
- Capacity: 2–20
- Private space
Catering with SAAP Thai Restaurant (On-Site Partner)
SAAP offers in-house catering for a range of events!
- For events outside SAAP hours or for groups over 20 people, contact Jess at info@whiterivercraftcenter.org before reaching out to SAAP.
- For private dinners during SAAP business hours, contact SAAP directly.
