About the role:
The Program Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to impact our vibrant arts community in Central Vermont. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of our art and craft education programs, encompassing adults, youth, and the studio artist community. This includes program development, participant recruitment, outreach, and program evaluation. You'll be the driving force behind marketing and engaging audiences. In partnership with the Program Director, the Program Manager will oversee program budgets and contribute to fundraising efforts.

The Program Manager will primarily work on-site, however, the schedule can be determined by the demands of the programming schedule (evenings and weekends). After settling into the role for three months, a hybrid work model may be arranged.
This is a grant-funded, part-time position at 15 hours per week, offering an hourly rate of $20, with funding secured for one year from start date.
