The White River Craft Center proudly presents Earth Day: Transformation, a curated exhibition exploring the evolving relationship between art and the natural world. Showcasing a diverse range of perspectives, the exhibition highlights artists who reflect on nature’s beauty, resilience, and fragility through their work.
From pit-fired ceramics that embody the erosion of both earth and society to photography that captures fleeting moments of transformation, each artist brings a unique perspective to the theme. The exhibition includes paintings inspired by shifting landscapes, handcrafted textiles that give new life to discarded materials, and sculptural works that reflect the cycles of nature. Some pieces invite viewers to reconsider their relationship with the environment, while others offer meditations on time, impermanence, and renewal.
